Quick Answers on Getting Started
How fast will I hear back?
Same business day for an acknowledgement, and 24 to 72 hours for a firm quote on most drawings. Simple turned parts often come back the same day. If a quote will take longer than 72 hours, we tell you why on day one.
What do you need from me for an accurate quote?
A dimensioned 2D print, the quantity and any release schedule, the material and finish spec, and the date you actually need parts. A solid model alone leaves us guessing at which features carry the tolerance.
Can you handle export-controlled drawings?
Yes. We are ITAR/EAR registered with a documented process for receiving, storing and destroying controlled technical data. Flag it in the subject line and we will send a secure upload link rather than taking it by email.
Will you sign an NDA before I send anything?
Yes, and usually your version without amendment. Send it with the enquiry and we will return it signed the same day.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Single prototypes run on the same machines as production lots, with the same inspection behind them.
Can I visit before placing an order?
Yes, by appointment. Half a day covers the floor, the inspection room and the quality system, which is what most supplier qualifications need to see.
